Joe is very thorough, even the construction manager said he had never seen an inspector as thorough as Joe. Additionally, his reports come loaded with pictures making it easier for you to know/see what was written up and why, especially those areas you cannot easily see. Being new to the home owning process, this gave me peace of mind. I'll definitely bring him back for the 1-year inspection.
